Many remarkable architectural monuments from different periods of Bulgarian history have become a part of the world cultural treasure-house.

Remains of the millennial cultural heritage of Tracians, Romans and Byzantians; architectural landmarks from the time of Ottoman rule; perfect examples of homes, public buildings and places of worship, built during the National Revival Period – all places of interest are included in this tour.

1st DAY

Meeting and assistance on arrival at Sofia Airport. Private transfer by bus/car.

2nd DAY

Breakfast at your hotel. Departure for Veliko Tarnovo, capital of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom, picturesquely situated on three hills above the River Yantra. Lunch. Sightseeing tour of Veliko Tarnovo, including the Tsarevets Hill with its fortress walls, towers and churches. Dinner. Accommodation and overnight.

3rd DAY

Breakfast at your hotel. Departure for the village of Arbanassi, an architectural reserve with interesting churches. Lunch. Departure for Kazanlak, the center of the famous Valley of Roses. A visit to the Etara Ethnographic Museum near Gabrovo. Accommodation in a 3-star, 4-star or 5-star Kazanlak Hotel. Dinner and overnight.

4th DAY

Breakfast at your hotel. Tour of the Thracian Tomb /4th-3rd c.B.C./, included in the UNESCO List of World Heritage. Departure for Koprivshtitsa, where fine example of National Revival architecture are still preserved. Lunch. Sightseeing tour of the town. Departure for Plovdiv. Dinner. Accommodation at 4-star or 5-star Plovdiv Hotel. Overnight.
